Treatment

What is Massage Therapy?

Massage therapy is hands-on treatment designed to restore health and pain-free function of the body.

Our massage therapists use a variety of techniques together with education and exercises to reduce pain and restore function and strength.

Massage is effective in providing relief for a wide range of conditions such as headaches, low back pain, tendonitis, arthritis, plantar fasciitis and sports injuries, as well as many other common conditions related to soft tissue and joint dysfunction. Massage can also provide relief and restorative care to clients healing from stress, anxiety, exhaustion or depression.
